Steak Salad is one of our go to easy summer dinners and we mix it up in all kinds of ways, but the staple of the dinner is of course steak, greens and NAAN bread! We like to add some sautéed mushrooms and deli peppers, as well as grilled party peppers! One of our go to cuts of meat for this salad is a Flat Iron and of course we use Arturo’s Grill Seasoning to season it up! So good and so easy!
Seriously…where has the time gone?! With checking cattle, running our other businesses, wrangling two little boys and a remodeling an old bathroom into a pantry…we are not for sure where June went too!
The pantry remodel is going to be a full post! I can’t wait to share what all we have done, but it is not quite finished yet! Hopefully this weekend!

Balsamic Vinaigrette is also our go to dressing. We don’t keep dressing on hand, so this one is easy to whip up and taste pretty amazing!
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Clove of Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Mince the clove of garlic and add to mason jar with the salt and pepper. Then add the equal parts Balsamic Vinegar and olive oil, I like mine a little heavier on the vinegar so I add just a touch more. Place lid on jar and shake to mix.
