Ingredients for Small Batch Cream Spinach
1/4 onion, diced
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 small clove of garlic minced
1/3 cup of grated parmesan
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup cream
3 cups of fresh baby spinach
Sauté onions in the butter until translucent and add the garlic.
Add cream and bring to a simmer. Once the cream is simmering, whisk in parmesan. Add the spinach and let it wilt down.
