Hi! We are sharing our life in rural America on this little corner of our website!

Arturo and I are multi-generational ranchers, but we are first-generation Kansas ranchers. We both grew up on cow-calf operations. I was raised in East Texas by a first-generation rancher, and Arturo grew up on the short grass prairie of New Mexico by a third-generation rancher. However, it was not part of our plan to return to our family’s operations, so we are chasing our dreams of running kids and cows in the Flint Hills of Kansas. We have a hand in caring for and raising beef that can be purchased at your local grocery store, but we also raise, finish, and sell beef directly through Pacheco Beef. Read more about how to buy beef from us directly here.
