- Fresh or frozen Cranberries
- Orange
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon stick
How to make Cranberry Sauce
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, this should take about 15-20 minutes.
Serve at room temperature or cool and refrigerate. Remove the zest and cinnamon stick before serving.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
