Ingredients and Substitutions
2 lbs of Ground BeefÂ
1 package of King’s Hawaiian Slider buns, or any other type of slider bun, but the sweet flavor of the Hawaiian Roll balances out the rich flavor of the beef.Â
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, really any type of cheese slices would do, and it would be fun to mix up the flavors with maybe a pepper jack or provolone.Â
1 Tablespoon Grill Seasoning goes on about everything in our house, but it really elevates the flavor of any burger.Â
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire SauceÂ
1 Tablespoon A1
Favorite Burger Toppings – for our classic burger, we like onion, lettuce, and tomatoes, but caramelized onion, green chili, or even mushrooms and blue cheese would be so good!Â

Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Begin by seasoning your ground beef with the grill seasoning, worcestershire and A1. Press the seasoned beef into the bottom of the pan


Once patted out into an even rectangle of sorts. Place it in the oven for 20 minutes.


Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the oven and drain the liquid.


Top with the cheddar cheese, and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.Â
Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer the beef to a cutting board and cut into slider patties.Â

- 1 9×13 sheet pan
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package Hawaiian Slider Buns Or any other slider bun
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1 Tablespoon Grill Seasoning Or any type of grill seasoning you have on hand
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon A1
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Begin by seasoning your ground beef with the grill seasoning, worcestershire and A1.
- Press the seasoned beef into the bottom of the 9×13 pan and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Once the beef is cooked, remove from the oven, drain the liquid.
- Top the cooked and drained beef with the cheddar cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for five minutes, and then slide the beef onto a cutting board and cut into slider patties.
- Place on buns, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
