Tips for cooking Steak Fettuccine Alfredo

  • We like to use a ribeye or sirloin for this dish, although any steak cut would work. However, you could really fancy it up with a filet.
  • The sauce in this dish does not reheat well. It still tastes okay, but just as not as good the next day.
  • We love to serve this dish with a Cesar salad and good bread.
  • Also check out Arturo’s How to Grill a Perfect Steak post to make sure you cook your steak to perfection.
  • The Alfredo sauce recipe for this recipe was sourced from one of our favorite pasta cookbooks, The Essential Pasta Cookbook, by Bay Books. The spice rub that is on the steaks is a blend that Arturo created for this recipe.
