Tips from my Kitchen
Hi, I am Wrenn.
Cooking with the Cowboy started as a place to share our ranch story and the food we love.
And then life changed.
Our boys got older. Practices got later. Our calendar got fuller. And while I still love good food and gathering around the table, I don’t have all afternoon to make dinner anymore.
I’m guessing you don’t either.
So these are the meals I’m actually cooking for my family — simple, nourishing food that tastes good and works with real life.
What’s for Dinner? is basically me texting you:
“Here are four things you could make this week.”
And I hope that makes your week just a little easier.
– Wrenn
Because “What’s for dinner?” shouldn’t be the hardest question you answer all day.
Between work, school, practices, chores, and everything else packed into a week, getting a good dinner on the table can feel like one more decision you don’t have time to make.
I know the feeling.
Around our house, dinner still matters. But these days, it has to fit between feeding cattle, football practice, school activities, and wherever else the day takes us.
