Begin by browning your ground beef in a 10 1/2" skillet.
While the beef browns dice up the onion and cauliflower.
Once the beef is browned remove from skillet and set aside.
Add a turn of olive oil to the skillet, then add the onion and cauliflower. Sautee the onion and cauliflower for 5 minutes, till the onions become translucent and the cauliflower begins to soften.
Next add the can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste, pesto, red pepper flakes and garlic.
Cook down for about 5 minutes and then add the beef back into the skillet and top with the cheese and bread crumbs.
Pop into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
