Preheat your skillet to medium-high heat.
Season your ground beef with grill seasoning, A1 and Worcestershire sauce.
Form your patties by first balling the ground beef. Pack the ball and then flatten and place a thumbprint in the middle.
Next, place your patties in your skillet and cook without flipping for about 5 minutes (you want to develop a good sear before flipping).
Flip and then add your cheese if you desire and cook covered for about another five minutes or until your preferred doneness.
