  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Arturo's Grill Seasoning
  • 2 turns Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 turns A-1


  • Preheat your skillet to medium-high heat. 
  • Season your ground beef with grill seasoning, A1 and Worcestershire sauce. 
  • Form your patties by first balling the ground beef. Pack the ball and then flatten and place a thumbprint in the middle. 
  • Next, place your patties in your skillet and cook without flipping for about 5 minutes (you want to develop a good sear before flipping). 
  • Flip and then add your cheese if you desire and cook covered for about another five minutes or until your preferred doneness.
