Small Batch Cream Spinach

We enjoy a steakhouse meal at home quite often. Pair one of our Pacheco Beef ribeyes with our Small Batch Cream Spinach and a good glass of red wine and you got yourself a meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 onion diced
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onions in the butter until translucent and add the garlic.
  • Add cream and bring to a simmer. Once the cream is simmering, whisk in parmesan. Add the spinach and let it wilt down.
  • Enjoy!
