Meet The Pachecos
Hi, y’all! We are Arturo and Wrenn Pacheco…the husband-and-wife team behind “Cooking with the Cowboy!” We are ranchers who create beef-centered dishes to nourish our family and yours. Arturo cooks, and Wrenn does the dishes. Wrenn is also in charge of tasting, writing, and photography. We have two little cowboys who are rowdy and love to help us in the kitchen.
