Creamy Vinaigrette
This tangy, simple, and creamy vinaigrette is incredibly easy to make and makes a great addition to have on hand for an easy, delicious salad. The flavors are bold but are rounded out with the garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

This dressing is inspired by a salad that is on the menu at one of our favorite restaurants in Manhattan. The country salad at Bourbon and Baker is a must-order. The salad features crisp romaine lettuce, topped with Parmesan and housemade croutons, and accompanied by a creamy vinaigrette dressing and a fried boiled egg. It is so good.
Our Simple Creamy Vinaigrette
After trying the salad at Bourbon and Baker, we knew we had to make our version to enjoy this salad at home. We decided to make this dressing with Greek yogurt for the creamy component. This gives a tangy flavor and is lower in fat and calories; as a bonus, it also offers a little protein to the dressing.

How to Store the Creamy Vinaigrette Made with Greek Yogurt
I like to make this as needed. However, you can easily store it in a Mason jar in the fridge for a week or so.
What to serve with the Creamy Vinaigrette
The original salad uses crips romain lettuce, but we have used this dressing on mixed greens and it is just as good. We also enjoy a good steak accompanied by a salad topped with creamy vinaigrette. Here are our tips on how to Grill the Perfect Steak.
